Return and exchange policy
As we are a small and independent brand, exchanges are accepted only in pieces that have manufacturing defects, or fabric faults. These exchanges can be made for the same product only. We also cannot accept returns on limited release products, custom pieces, sale items or gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges must be authorized by NASIF. If you would like to exchange an item from your order, please email contact@nasif.eu to begin a Exchange Authorization with “Order #XXX” in the subject line. This must be requested within 7 days of receipt of your order and items must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, free of damage, with its original packaging to be eligible. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once you have received your Exchange Authorization, please follow these steps:
1. Send an email to contact@nasif.eu with your order number, the reference you want to send back and the reason, with images of the garment attached.
2. Once the return is accepted, you will receive an email with the information to send back the item.
3. Shipping costs are to be paid by the buyer.
As we made-to-order, getting the new piece can take some time. Both shipping costs are to be paid by the buyer.
